Robert Krause

AVP, Global Sales Operations at Hyland

Robert Krause is the AVP of Global Sales Operations at Hyland. Robert has been with the company since February 2007, and in that time has held the title of AVP, Sales. In this role, Krause is responsible for developing and leading Solution Architects within the Commercial and Higher Education verticals. Robert is also responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate.

Krause has been recognized by their peers for their exceptional work, being named a President club reward recipient for providing exceptional pre-sales support resulting in record growth for sales vertical, and a finalist for company MVP for 2011.

Prior to joining Hyland, Krause worked as a Systems Analyst - Developer - Sales at Micro 21, where they developed and sold Dealer Management Systems that directly increased volume and profitability. Robert was also responsible for Reynolds and Reynolds and ADP integration development, as well as Buy Here Pay Here solution development and Inventory and Special Finance solution development.

Robert Krause has a Bachelor of Arts in MIS from The University of Toledo.

Robert Krause reports to Ed Mcquiston, EVP, Chief Commercial Officer. They work with David Conley - VP, Global Sales Operations, Jennifer Cook - AVP, Global Sales Contracting, and Susan Decathelineau - SVP, Chief Customer Success Officer.
