Allison Garcia

Allison Garcia has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Allison began their career as a Resident Advisor at Bowling Green State University, where they gained skills in conflict management, diversity experience, and administration. Allison also worked as a Team Leader for the university's summer programs, managing affairs between camps and conferences and overseeing desk clerks.

After graduating, Garcia held several roles in talent acquisition and recruitment. Allison worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Supervisor at Credit Adjustments, Inc./Mammoth Tech, where they created recruiting strategies and oversaw the full-cycle recruitment process. At WilsonHCG, they served as a Recruitment Consultant for the Trinet Account, revamping the recruitment process and taking on various leadership responsibilities, including team training and mentorship.

Garcia also had a role as a Lead Recruiter for the Nestle USA Account at Pontoon Solutions, managing client-facing recruitment for the West region of the USA. Allison then joined Hylant as a Talent Acquisition Leader, where they contributed to the company's growth and success in the insurance brokerage industry.

Additionally, Garcia gained experience in alumni engagement as an Alumni Engagement Intern at Bowling Green State University Advancement, managing alumni societies and planning events. Allison also held positions at the BGSU Office of the Dean of Students and the BGSU Center for Leadership.

Throughout their career, Garcia has developed skills in recruitment, leadership, team management, customer service, and public relations.

Allison Garcia attended Eastwood High School from 2007 to 2011. After graduating high school, they went on to study at Bowling Green State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. In 2015, they briefly attended Indiana University Bloomington, although no degree or field of study is specified during their time there.
