Apri Dean Roberts

Dean Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Dean began their career in 2012 as a Framer at Complete Ceiling and Partition. In 2016, they completed a Summer Internship at Allstate, where they primarily focused on cold calling for homeowners and auto insurance, as well as creating endorsements and processing payments. The following year, in 2017, they worked as an Intern at Farmers Insurance. In 2018, Dean joined HNI Risk Services as an Account Associate, where they excelled in delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating strong knowledge in workflows and service delivery. Currently, Dean is employed at Hylant as an Associate Client Service Manager, a position they have held since November 2021. Overall, Dean's work experience showcases their dedication to customer service and their ability to adapt to different roles within the insurance industry.

Dean Roberts attended Olivet College from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Insurance and Risk Management. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Fowlerville High School from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dean obtained a Property and Casualty License in April 2016.
