Evan Gady - CEBS, CSFS has over 15 years of work experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Evan began their career in 2002 as a Student Manager and Salesperson at The Southwestern Company, where they recruited, trained, managed, and motivated salespersons for direct sales. Evan then worked as a Marketing Representative at Federated Mutual Insurance Company, where they underwent expert insurance training and education before servicing existing commercial clients and building new business in Indiana.

In 2006, Evan joined Shepherd Insurance and Financial Services as a Commercial Agent, where they continued to focus on providing insurance solutions to clients. Evan then moved to Hylant in 2008, where they held the role of Vice President. At Hylant, they served as an Employee Benefits Consultant for new and existing clients, conducting actuarial plan modeling, health plan reviews, comprehensive market analysis, and regional and national benchmarking.
