Client Service Executive - Employee Benefits at Hylant

Ellen Sudduth began their work experience in 2016 as a Health and Wellness Intern at Apex Benefits. From there, they became a Wellness Coordinator and was responsible for managing, designing, and implementing wellness programs for clients. Additionally, they worked as a Market Analyst at Apex Benefits, providing support to the client team by delivering market analysis reports.

In 2017, Sudduth joined AssuredPartners of Indiana as an Employee Benefits Account Manager. In this role, they managed day-to-day services for clients, including claims, billing, eligibility, and service issues. Ellen also conducted implementation activities for new and existing clients.

Currently, Sudduth works at Hylant as a Client Service Executive - Employee Benefits. Their responsibilities include managing the overall client service experience, financial forecasting, modeling, and data reporting for clients, carriers, and vendor partners. Ellen also coordinates annual compliance tasks, audits, and advises on compliance related topics.

Ellen Sudduth obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College in 2013-2014. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2015-2016. In August 2016, Ellen also received a certification as a Resident Producer Individual - Life, Accident & Health from the Indiana Department of Insurance.
