Katrina Watters

Katrina Watters has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Katrina began their career as a Trainer at Ruby Tuesday from September 2002 to March 2005. In January 2008, they worked as a Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. for five months. From October 2008 to April 2012, they held the role of Customer Service Representative at Preferred Insurance Network, LLC. Since April 2012, Katrina has been employed at Hylant, starting as a Client Service Specialist until July 2014. Katrina then transitioned into the role of Senior Client Services Specialist from July 2014 to March 2017. Subsequently, they became a Client Services Manager at Hylant and held this position until March 2019. Finally, in March 2019, Katrina took on the role of Client Executive-Small Business at Hylant, which is their current position.

Katrina Watters attended Penn Foster University from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a field of study in Accounting. Katrina did not obtain a degree during their time at Penn Foster University. In addition to their education, Katrina Watters obtained the SBCS Program certification in June 2023 from SBCS, which stands for Small Business Coverage Specialist Designation.
