Rodger Boehm

Rodger Boehm is an experienced board member and advisor with a strong background in management and engineering. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Hyliion and FreightCar America, Inc., Rodger occupies key leadership roles, including Chairman of the Compensation Committee at FreightCar America and member of the Audit Committees at both companies. Additionally, Rodger advises the CEO and Executive Team at Ruggable® and has held previous board positions at Meritor and Home Chef. With a foundational career as a metallurgical engineer at Jones & Laughlin Steel, and earlier experience as a research engineering intern at Armco Steel, Rodger Boehm transitioned to a prominent consulting role as Senior Partner Emeritus at McKinsey & Company, where significant contributions were made to improving operational performance across various industries. Rodger holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from Purdue University.
