Roman De La Puente

Roman joined the company in March 2017 as a dispatcher for the morning shift. Roman came with over 10 years of experience with a mix of warehouse and transportation knowledge most recently from FED-EX where he was a Sr. Dispatcher. In 2019, Roman was promoted to Dispatch Supervisor for the AM shift where he led a group of five dispatchers and over 90 P&D drivers. Roman played an integral part in making sure the trucks were loaded and out for delivery within a reasonable timeframe to ensure all company were met. Because of his continued excellent work ethic and dedication to the company, Roman was promoted to Transportation manager in August 2022. He is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end logistics process by working closely with subordinates like service teams, customers, and operation partners. He improves initiatives by identifying key areas in supply chain operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs with a strong analytical attention to team development. He provides a high level of confidence and team support for all essential functions.
