Leonard Bowman

Leonard is a Partner and heads up the firm’s Corporate DB Endgame Strategy team that is dedicated to providing advice to companies with DB schemes at this complex stage in their journey. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the UK pensions industry.

Leonard joined the firm as part of its acquisition of Bath Actuarial Consulting (BAC), where he grew from scratch a corporate consulting business with clients whose DB liabilities ranged from £200m to over £20 bn in size. Over recent years he has helped companies with schemes of all sizes develop their endgame strategies, including some high profile cases involving multi billion pound schemes. Amongst his clients, Leonard has a reputation for giving clear, jargon-free, no-nonsense advice. They consider him to be friendly, easy to work with and highly commercial in his outlook and solutions. Leonard is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
