Susan Sinclair

Susan leads our Administration Consulting service and works closely with current, and potential, clients to understand their objectives, facilitate development of ideas and deliver improvements to help meet them.

Susan’s experience of more than 30 years has included setting up and leading third party administration delivery, planning and managing operational change, strategic operational consulting and providing trustee executive services to a large insurer. She works collaboratively, building insights through careful listening to help her understand key issues, and works closely with all stakeholders to align the operational approach with strategic direction.
