Rob Hamilton has extensive experience in tooling and production management. Currently serving as the Tooling Systems Manager and Maintenance Planner at Hynes Industries since February 2001, Rob Hamilton specializes in scheduling and ordering maintenance for tool and die operations, as well as plant maintenance for various assets. Previous experience includes a role as Tool & Die Manager, where responsibilities encompassed hiring, terminations, scheduling, purchasing, hazardous waste management, and safety protocols. Before joining Hynes Industries, Rob Hamilton worked at Bliss Technologies, Inc. from June 1975 to March 2001 as a Production Manager, overseeing a three-shift production schedule and managing raw material procurement for various manufacturing processes. Rob Hamilton holds a degree from Youngstown State University, completed between 1968 and 1972.
