Matthew Baker has over two decades of experience in technical support and software engineering roles. Matthew currently works at Hyosung America as a Software Support Engineer and Jira Administrator. Prior to this, Matthew was at NCR Corporation serving as a Professional Services Consultant. Matthew quickly rose through the technical ranks to become a Level 4 technical support analyst in a high volume call center. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University.
