Samir Youssef

Samir Youssef has extensive work experience in the field of service operations. Samir is currently the Executive Vice President of Service at Hyosung America, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Service and the AVP Service at the same company. In these roles, they were responsible for managing personnel, parts planning, and implementing resource tools to ensure service performance and financial targets were met. Samir also managed third-party service relationships to enhance customer service. Before joining Hyosung America, Samir worked at NCR Corporation as a Territory Manager from 2009 to 2012.

Samir Youssef obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Chicago State University, from 2005 to 2008.
