Adra Balissa

Adra Balissa has had a successful career in Human Resources, starting in 2010 as a Recruitment and Development Specialist at Planungsburo Rohling AG. In 2013, they took on the role of Personal Coordinator Recruiting & Development at Leonardo Hotels. In 2015, they became a Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Advocate and Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA and APAC at Radial Inc. In 2018, they moved to Inspiration Group as an HR Manager. In 2019, they were appointed Head of Human Resources at AUTO1 FinTech. Most recently, in 2021, they became VP People and Head of People at Hypatos.

Adra Balissa attended Fachhochschule Osnabrück from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business and Management. Adra then went on to attend Berlin Professional School – HWR Berlin from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA.
