Zain Shaikh

Zain Shaikh has a background in academia and industry. Zain was a Lead Machine Learning Scientist at Hypatos from December 2019, where they currently hold the position. Prior to that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Paderborn University from October 2013 to November 2019. Zain also served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Cologne from October 2010 to September 2013.

Zain Shaikh completed their education with a focus on Mathematics. From 2002 to 2006, they attended the University of Oxford, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree, MMath, in Mathematics. Following this, they pursued further studies and from 2006 to 2010, they enrolled at the University of Aberdeen, earning a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Mathematics.
