Kolby Hatch has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2011, Hatch worked as a Mechanic at Foothill Cyclery. In 2015, they moved to SutherlandGold Group as a Creative Content Specialist. In 2017, Hatch began working at The Hustle, where they held multiple roles such as Product Lead, New Products, Product Manager, Trends, Product Marketing Manager, and Ad Copy Strategist. That same year, they also began working at LEWIS Global Communications as a Content Strategist. In 2021, Hatch joined HubSpot as a Senior Marketing Manager, and then Pico as both Director of Marketing and Marketing Lead.
