Michelle Jones (Kondracki)

Michelle Jones (Kondracki) currently serves as an Engineering Manager at PlayVS since August 2023. Previously, Michelle held various engineering management roles at Hype between November 2018 and June 2023, progressing from Software Engineer II to Senior Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes co-founding blossm LLC and serving as an Audit Senior at Deloitte. Michelle also served as General Manager and Director of Operations for the Major League Ultimate team NY Rumble. Michelle earned a Master's degree in Accounting from Penn State University, where attendance spanned from 2007 to 2012, and spent a semester at Universidad de Sevilla in 2009.
