Anastacia Shabalina

Anastacia Shabalina has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Anastacia is currently working at HypeAuditor as the Head of Finance, where they oversee the finance function including accounting, tax, compliance, and processes standardization. Anastacia is responsible for maximizing the integrity and visibility of financial and management reporting. Anastacia is also leading the migration to a new accounting system and streamlining internal reporting and compliance processes.

Earlier in their career, Anastacia worked at Deloitte as a Senior. Anastacia had various responsibilities including supervising all stages of audit engagements, managing multiple engagements and teams, analyzing complex accounting and financial issues, and providing consultation on the adoption of IFRS. Anastacia also reviewed offering documentation for debt and equity offerings in the UK and Russia.

Throughout their career, Anastacia has demonstrated strong financial management skills, expertise in accounting and compliance, and the ability to lead and develop efficient finance teams.

Anastacia Shabalina completed their education at two institutions. From 2004 to 2009, they attended Saint Petersburg State University, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics, as well as Philology and Arts. Later, they enrolled at ACCA and remained there until 2017, though the specific degree and field of study are not mentioned.
