Varvara Young

Varvara Young has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2021, they are currently working as a Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager at HypeAuditor, where their main duties include providing successful onboarding and product trainings, as well as working with product improvement requests and fixing issues before they take place. In 2020, they worked as an Associate Project Manager at LLC SMARTDATA, where they were responsible for coordination of the work on product finalization, its release and initial support after the launch. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Contract Specialist and Lease Administrator at AVIAPARK, where they were responsible for managing the contracts of anchor tenants in one of the biggest shopping malls in Europe. In 2013, they worked as a Business Processes Coordinator at Le Pain Quotidien Russia. In 2012, they worked as a Junior Consultant in the Telecom sector at GfK Retail and Technology. In 2011, they worked as a Graduate intern at Pays de la Loire-Métiers d'Art. In 2010, they completed an internship in direct marketing at OT de Val d'Isère.

Varvara Young has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER. From 2018 to 2021, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Children and Young People's Mental Health and Psychological Practice from The University of Edinburgh. From 2009 to 2011, they obtained a Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Université d'Angers. Varvara also completed a Bachelor's degree in Faculty of Foreign Languages from Kazan State Pedagogical University from 2004 to 2009.
