Xenia Kislova

Xenia Kislova is a sales professional with experience in leading teams, driving overachievement of revenue goals, and contributing to growth. Xenia has held roles at HypeAuditor since 2021 and iSpring Solutions since 2018. At HypeAuditor, they are currently the Sales Director and is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving overachievement of revenue goals and higher conversion rates, and hitting revenue goals for LATAM, France, Brazil, Portugal, and SEMEA regions. Xenia is also the Head of SDR and is in charge of setting up inbound & outbound SDR division structure from scratch, including all motivation/reward systems, workflow & internal processes. At iSpring Solutions, Xenia was the Team Lead Nordics, Netherlands & Italy and was responsible for direct managerial tasks, such as leading and monitoring their team, making sure they hit their quota, providing guidance and support, and motivating them. Xenia was also an Account Manager SEMEA, where they established long strategic relationships with clients and partners.

Xenia Kislova obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in DAMS: Arts, Music Studies and Theatre Studies from the Università degli Studi di Firenze between 2014 and 2018. In November 2021, they also completed a Sales Management Training: Strategies for Developing a Successful Modern Sales Team certification from HubSpot Academy.
