Karolina Stawinska

Karolina Stawinska has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Karolina began their career in 2015 as Co-founder of Our Future World, a social media campaign that gave a voice to the dreams of children around the world. In 2017, they became an Ambassador for the MIT Enterprise Forum Poland and Co-founder of EUtop50, a program that recruits Europe's most promising millennial seed-stage founders. Karolina also became Co-founder and Head of Talent for Glowfly, a network that recognizes Europe's brightest young entrepreneurs.

In 2018, Karolina Stawinska took on the role of Strategic Advisor for Talkin' Things and Bioo. In 2019, they became Director of the Startup Program for TM Forum and Strategic Advisor for China Start. Karolina is currently Head of People & Culture and Head of Strategic Partnerships for UpLink.

Karolina Stawinska's education history includes attending International Secondary School Eindhoven from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained an IB Diploma in Biology, Art, English, Dutch, Math, and Geography. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Utrecht University and studied Psychology and Sociology at University College Utrecht. In 2009, they attended Harvard University Summer School, where they studied Psychology of Diversity. In 2010, they attended Nyenrode Business University and obtained a Leadership for Sustainable Innovations certificate. Karolina also attended Harvard University Summer School in 2011 and obtained a Graduate Course in Organizational Leadership. In 2011, they attended the University of Virginia for a Semester at Sea. From 2012 to 2012, they attended Oikos Winter School and participated in a Social Innovation Lab. Since 2013, they have been attending Harvard Extension School for Management.
