Hiren Kotak has over 28 years of work experience, starting from 1993. Hiren is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Hyper-botz since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the VP & Global Head of Intelligent Automation Practice at R Systems from September 2020 to April 2022, where they achieved significant YoY growth, streamlined revenue cycle management automation, and established new partnerships.

From June 2019 to August 2020, Hiren served as the Senior Director of Intelligent Process Automation at Cognizant, where they played a key role in introducing RPA, Cognitive, AI/Machine Learning, and Process Mining technologies into Intelligent Process Automation.

Before that, Hiren worked at Wipro Digital as the Regional Head of AI and Automation Advisory from August 2017 to June 2019. Hiren was responsible for business development, thought leadership, P&L management, and establishing Wipro's Automation Center of Excellence.

Hiren also has experience working in academia as an Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University from May 2016 to June 2019.

In earlier roles, they worked at Expedia, Inc. as a Sr. Product Manager in Ops Strategy & Projects, Global Customer Ops from September 2008 to April 2010. Prior to that, they held various roles at Capital One, including Head of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence and Head of India Operation, Commercial Bank.

Hiren began their career as a Senior IT Consultant at UII Corporation and later worked as a Technical Project Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, where they managed IT system modules for various customers and led a project for the Credit Card division of Diners Club International in Colombia.
