Melody Tan is currently a senior copywriter at Hyper Fame Digital. Prior to that, they worked as a senior patient service associate at Tan Tock Seng Hospital from July 2015 to July 2017. In that role, they assisted doctors in consultation room with common procedures such as biopsies, nasal endoscopy and aural toilet. Melody also performed basic clinic triage clearance role, registration and payment on software systems such as SAP and CPSS. In addition, they did data entry of patients’ appointment into Microsoft excel sheet and EAS software system.
Melody Tan graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from SIMGE (SIM Global Education). Melody is certified from the Singapore Dragon Boat Association in Basic Helm Accreditation Scheme.
