Crystal Norström

Crystal Norström is the Director of Courses, Europe at Hyper Island. Prior to this, they worked as an Inbound Sales Development Specialist at Bannerflow from May 2016 to January 2018. Before that, they were a Marketing Executive at Adecco Hong Kong from July 2015 to April 2016. Crystal also has experience as a Business Development Assistant, which they did as a Co-op at Blue Umbrella Limited from September 2012 to April 2013.

Crystal Norström has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of British Columbia. Crystal also has certifications from Hyper Island in Leading Teams and Data-Driven Decision Making. In addition, they are certified by HubSpot Academy in Inbound Sales, Hubspot Sales Software, and Inbound Marketing.

They are on a team with Johanna Lindquist - Director, Business Development, Daniel Butnariu - Program Manager, Digital Creative, and Carlos Zuccolo - Head of Portuguese Speaking Countries. Crystal Norström reports to Helena Ekman, CEO.
