Andrew Maclean

Andrew Maclean has a diverse work experience in the field of programming and customer service. Andrew started their career as a Customer Telephone Representative at HSBC, where they worked in the mortgage retention unit for two years. Andrew then worked as a Sales Assistant at Next Group PLC for three years, before pursuing a B. Sc (Hons) in Computer Games Technology at the University of Abertay Dundee. During their studies, they also worked part-time as a Cast Member at The Disney Store, focusing on guest service and sales assistance.

After graduating, Andrew worked as a C# Programmer at Kind of a Big Deal and later joined Tag Games as a Programmer, where they utilized Unity3D, C#, C++, Java, and HTML for client-based projects. Andrew eventually assumed the role of Lead Programmer at Tag Games and demonstrated expertise in various programming languages and development engines.

Andrew then embarked on contract-based roles as a Game Programmer at Arkalis Interactive, Programmer (Contract) at Criss Cross Games, and Programmer at Serious Parody. In these positions, they honed their technical skills and contributed to the development of gaming projects.

Most recently, Andrew Maclean has become the Lead Programmer at Hyper Luminal Games, where they continue to apply their programming expertise and leadership skills to drive the success of the company.
