Kelsey Calabro currently serves as the founding head of customer experience at Hyperbound and has been a prominent figure in various roles since December 2020, including founder, (ghost)writer, and editor at heretic: the agency, and Austin chapter lead at Women of Customer Success. Kelsey is also the owner and founder of CURATORiiiUM, focusing on curation, consultation, and community in art, as well as a co-founder of hiatus, a micro-conference for B2B content creators. Previous experience includes head of client success at DemandOS, community and customer success manager at Dooly, and other roles in sales and marketing. Kelsey holds a B.S. in Communications with a minor in Foreign Language from Arizona State University.
