Bedros Balabanian

Bedros Balabanian is the current Head of Customer Success at Hypercard since January 2023. Prior to this role, at 9400-7424 Quebec Inc., Balabanian held the position of Director of Ecommerce from January 2010 to present, overseeing marketing and operations of various consumer goods brands. Bedros also played a key role in establishing a new R&D team to optimize production methods, leading to a 40% decrease in operational costs. From 2005 to 2009, Balabanian worked as the Director of Ecommerce at Pixellogo, managing E-commerce and customer success at Montreal's premiere brand identity design agency.
