Cathy Gawronski

Cathy Gawronski has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and marketing roles within the biotech and medical industries. Cathy is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hyperfine since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Talent Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from March 2021 to October 2021, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mesa Biotech, Inc from August 2020 to March 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, Cathy worked at Accelerate Diagnostics, where they held the position of Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition. In this role, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting, strategic planning, training, and utilizing various recruiting channels to source top talent. Cathy also served as a Clinical Trial Coordinator, managing the acquisition, inventory, distribution, and tracking of clinical trial biological samples and assay test kits.

Cathy started their career at Ventana Medical Systems in 2005 and held multiple roles during their time there. Cathy served as a Marketing Program Specialist, leading global strategic customer engagement programs and managing customer and internal sales events from June 2009 to April 2013. Cathy also worked as a Sales & Marketing Specialist, strategizing and executing program efficiency plans to increase sales and developing marketing programs and communication tools from May 2005 to May 2009.
