Damien Gendron

Damien Gendron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in site operations management, currently serving as the Site Operations Manager at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since July 2018. Prior to this role, Damien held the position of Site Operations Manager at Sandvik Hard Materials from March 2004 to July 2018, and additional managerial roles focused on production and technical management. Earlier career experience includes a tenure as an R&D Engineer and Quality Manager at CERMeP from July 2001 to March 2004. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Université de Bordeaux and an Engineer’s Degree in the same field from Université de Rennes I, complemented by training in International Business.
