Joseph Rhodes

Joseph Rhodes has over 17 years of experience in engineering, primarily with Hyperion Materials & Technologies since January 2006, where roles have included New Product Development Engineer, Application Engineer, and NPD Engineer for Oil & Gas Management. Responsibilities involved designing prototypes, processes, and tests for the Oil & Gas and Aerospace industries, resulting in 11 completed prototypes, with 3 successfully industrialized. Prior to this, Joseph Rhodes worked at Meritor from January 2002 to January 2006 as a Tool Designer, focusing on designing tooling to enhance production line efficiency and safety, as well as creating process development drawings for shaft, pinion, and gearing departments.
