Ben Guerra

Ben Guerra is an accomplished professional in engineering and leadership, currently serving as a New Product Development Engineer at Intralox since November 2021. Previously, Ben led a team of campus missionaries at Texas State University as a Team Director for The Fellowship of Catholic University Students from June 2018 to June 2021, and worked as a Campus Missionary at Texas A&M University, focusing on developing young leaders. Ben's diverse experience includes a Strategy and Business Development Internship at Cracker Barrel, where significant analyses contributed to growth initiatives, and a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Pellerin Milnor Corporation, with hands-on project design skills. Ben also held the position of System Safety Manager for the University of Alabama EcoCAR3 Team, demonstrating early leadership and technical capabilities. Ben holds an M.B.A. from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at the University of Alabama and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
