Tim Hopkins

Tim Hopkins is an experienced professional in process management and customer service, currently serving as Process IT Manager at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since July 2018, after holding various roles including Director of Customer Data & Analytics and Customer Process Manager. Prior experience includes over 19 years at Sandvik Hyperion in several management positions focused on customer processes and business systems, and four years at Smith Megadiamond and Smith International in customer service and quality supervision roles.
