Clint Gannon

Clint Gannon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Clint started their career as a Project Estimator at Gannon's Painting Inc. in 2009, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Blue Mountain College as an Assistant Director of Athletics and also served as the Head Men and Women's Archery Coach. During their time at Blue Mountain College, they achieved significant success, including recruiting a full roster of student-athletes and winning 2 National Championships. In 2018, Clint transitioned to Lowe's Companies, Inc. where they held multiple roles, including Human Resources Manager for two locations, Area Human Resources Business Partner, and Regional Human Resources Director. Clint'sresponsibilities included leading HR teams, supporting employees across various locations, and partnering with senior leaders. In 2022, Clint joined ADM as the Regional Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR professionals and supporting production facilities across North America. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources & Safety at Hyperion Technology Group, Inc., a position they have held since November 2023.

Clint Gannon has a solid educational background in political science and government. Clint obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in American Government and Politics (United States) from the University of Mississippi in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Mississippi University for Women in 2013. Clint started their academic journey at Itawamba Community College, where they received an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Political Science and Government in 2011. In addition to their formal education, Clint has also acquired a Lean Six Sigma Foundations certification, obtained from LinkedIn in 2023.
