Bhav Thakker

Bhav Thakker has been working in the chargebacks and disputes field since 2000. Bhav began their career at Providian National Bank as a Senior Disputes Chargebacks Analyst, where they were responsible for dealing with disputed customer transactions and ensuring compliance with Visa International Regulations. In 2004, they moved to Barclaycard as a Disputes and Chargebacks Offshore Support. Then, in 2006, they joined Cashplus as a Chargebacks and Disputes Specialist, where they handled all aspects of MasterCard chargebacks on the issuing side of customer disputes, including collections chargebacks and incoming Visa debit card chargebacks. Their most recent role is Dispute and Chargebacks Manager at HyperJar, which they began in 2022.
