Jake Samson has held a variety of positions since 2015. Jake began their career as a Summer Intern at Cameron Mackintosh Ltd in 2015, followed by a Supplier Liason role at ICAB LIMITED. In 2020, they became a Supervisor and Barista at The Flour Pot Bakery. Currently, Jake is employed at HyperJar, where they have held the roles of Zendesk System Manager, Junior Technical Support Analyst, Senior Customer Service Agent, and Customer Service Agent since 2021.

Jake Samson obtained a BA (Hons) Musical Theatre from Arts Educational Schools London in 2020, with a field of study in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management. Jake additionally obtained a Foundational Support certification from Zendesk in January 2023.
