Paul Mawhinney is an accomplished operations and revenue operations consultant with extensive experience in enhancing sales performance and optimizing operational processes. Currently serving at StarCoach AI since September 2025, Paul previously held the position of Director of Revenue Operations at The Change Companies, where responsibilities included tracking sales performance and managing commission calculations. Prior to that, Paul was the Director of Sales Operations at BloomBoard, Inc., focusing on revenue growth through operational process development and Salesforce administration.
