Nicola Longfield has a wealth of professional experience. Nicola began their career at Goldman Sachs in 1997 as a Financial Analyst in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Division. In 2002, they completed an internship at Nike as an Internal Consulting Project. From 2003 to 2006, they worked at Nectar Loyalty as a Strategic Planning Manager, where they were part of the Senior Management Team and developed a five-year strategic plan. From 2006 to 2020, they worked at PayPal in various roles, including Senior Director, Global SMB Go-to-Market, Senior Director, Small and Medium Business - North America, UK, Germany & Australia, Director, Small and Medium Business and Channel Partners - UK, Director, Small and Medium Business - UK, Head of Commercial Development - Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Head of Marketplaces - Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa and Western Europe. In 2017, Nicola Longfield joined the Board of Trustees at International Refugee Trust (IRT). Since 2020, they have been the Vice President, Restaurants at Deliveroo. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Chief Commercial Officer at HyperJar.

Nicola Longfield attended Harvard Business School from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Fulbright Scholar MBA in Business Administration. Prior to this, they received a BSc in Mathematics & Astronomy from The University of Sheffield between 1993 and 1996.
