Juan Manuel González Montiel

Juan Manuel González Montiel has worked in various roles since 2009. Juan Manuel began their career as a Service Advisor at Rivera Apizaco S.A. de C.V., where they were responsible for customer service, sales of products and services, and identifying and solving problems. Juan Manuel then moved to Service Supervisor, and later Service Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating, supervising and administering service areas, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2012, they began working at KWT Consulting as a Dirección Operativa and Consultor, providing training, advice and consultancy in the Ki Wo Tsukau "Preocuparse por" model. Juan Manuel also worked as a Professor at Universidad del Valle de México, teaching classes in postgraduate area of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9000 family and Quality Audits. In 2020, they began working at UDAAN SC as Dirección Operativa, and in 2021 they began working as Mexico Contract Manager at Hyperlite Mountain Gear. Juan Manuel also worked as Agente Capacitador Externo at Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social in 2021, and as a Consultor y asesor de empresas since 2016.

Juan Manuel González Montiel has a diverse education history. Juan Manuel obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla in 2004-2008, a Master's degree in Ciencias de la Calidad from Tlaxcala Mexico Jobs in 2010-2012, a Maestría in Alta Dirección from Universidad del Valle de Tlaxcala in 2017-2019, and a Diplomatura in Formación de consultores en riesgos psicosociales from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla in 2020. Juan Manuel is currently pursuing a Diplomatura in Agile Management from Universidad del Valle de México.
