Júlia Teixeira Batista

Júlia Teixeira Batista's work experience begins in 2021, where they worked as an apprentice in IT for DXC Technology through the Girls in IT program. Their role involved supporting the Service Desk and gaining exposure to the technology field. In 2022, Júlia joined Hyperlocal as an apprentice in Customer Experience. Their responsibilities included creating and organizing quality monitoring reports, defining and rewarding top performers, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Júlia was also responsible for enabling customer service analysts through training, resources, and support.

Júlia Teixeira Batista completed their high school education at Colégio Arbos, from 2018 to 2020. Júlia then went on to pursue a degree in Relações Públicas, Publicidade e Comunicação Aplicada at FECAP from 2023 to 2027.
