Alexandre Hiramatsu

Alexandre Hiramatsu is an accomplished M&A Specialist at Hypera, with a focus on structuring and executing strategic M&A projects in the pharmaceutical industry since August 2019. Previously, Alexandre held various roles at Hypera, including Sr. M&A Analyst, Project Analyst, and Jr. Project Analyst, where significant contributions in financial evaluation, due diligence processes, and operational efficiency were made. Prior experience includes positions at Listo Fácil as a Process Intern and ARMAC Locação as a Project Intern. Alexandre holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Financial Management and Business Efficiency at FIA Business School.
