Mauricio Christovam

Mauricio Christovam has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the People & Management Executive Director at Hypera since January 2010, where previous roles included HR Sr Director & Facilities and HR Director. Before joining Hypera, Mauricio held the position of Sr Manager for Compensation & Benefits and Pension Plan Director at Goodyear Tires and Rubber Company from 2004 to February 2010, acting as a business partner across various divisions and managing the Goodyear Pension Plan. Mauricio's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and training at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa.
