Rhett Wood began their professional career in 2007 as the Director of Fitness at Golds Gym. During their time there, they were named the top team for production in five quarters. Rhett was responsible for overseeing a staff of 12-15 personal trainers and their continuing education. In 2011, Rhett moved to NLP Secure as an Account Executive. During their time there, they were awarded the #1 sales rep in the quarter three times. In 2014, they co-founded GiveStorm and was responsible for mapping workflow, writing industry specific content, collaborating on branding and marketing material design, and creating and maintaining the relationship with MaxGiving. In 2015, Rhett took on the role of Sales Director (Saas) at SchoolAdmin. Rhett was responsible for client acquisition in a territory consisting of 1/3 of the US Market, in depth market analysis, presentation of annual sales strategy, and training of the business development reps. In 2017, Rhett moved to AT&T Cybersecurity as a Strategic Channel Account Manager. Rhett worked with MSPs, MSSPs, and VARs to have a more robust security offering. In 2019, Rhett co-founded Elevate Vitality. Finally, in 2021, Rhett moved to Hyperproof as the Director of Partnerships and Strategic Sales and Alliances. Rhett'srole included helping Compliance Operations teams automate the administration tasks and streamline and automate evidence collection and management.

Rhett Wood attended the University of Idaho from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Business Management.
