James DeCesare

James DeCesare has over a decade of experience in various roles within the technology industry. James is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of HyperSphere Technologies since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Go-To-Market Partnerships at Descartes Labs from August 2021 to February 2022. From September 2019 to July 2021, they worked at Planet as the Head of Partnerships | Americas. Before that, they held positions as the Senior Director | Channels and Alliances at WhiteHat Security from June 2018 to September 2019, and as the Technology and Alliances Director | Go to Market | Telco - Acquired @ Guidance Software at OpenText from February 2018 to June 2018. James also worked as the Director - Channels - East U.S. at Guidance Software from February 2016 to June 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Technology Posse Member at Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Technology Posse from April 2014 to August 2016. Additionally, they were the Sr. Director- National Accounts at DDN Storage from September 2015 to April 2016. James started their career at AT&T as a Principal Architect- Cloud Computing from September 2011 to September 2015. James also held a position as a Business Development Manager at VCE, the Virtual Computing Environment Company from November 2010 to November 2011.

James DeCesare attended Georgia Southern University from 1990 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Mass Communication, German, and Japanese. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Guidance Software Systems Engineer certification from Guidance Software in November 2017. Additionally, they earned VTSP5 and VSP5 certifications from VMWARE in January 2013 and January 2012 respectively.
