David Bitton

David Bitton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David is currently the Global Director of the Media & Entertainment Industry at Hypertec Group, where they oversee the success of the M&E vertical and aligns the roadmap with industry needs and trends. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Product Strategy for Media and Entertainment at Hypertec Group, where they worked with development teams to offer the right products and services.

Before joining Hypertec Group, Bitton worked as a consultant, specializing in business development and software for the M&E industry. David also held positions at Scalar Decisions as the Director of Software Technology, Multimedia, and Entertainment, where they managed software technology offerings to customers in various markets including visual effects and video games. David was also responsible for technical presales discussions and managing support teams.

Bitton co-founded 3vis, where they served as the Co-Founder and VP of Technology, providing pipeline consulting, technical support, and training services. David was also involved in validating new software for the company's portfolio. Additionally, they co-founded and worked as a VFX recruiting specialist at 3pod Agency, a talent agency focused on high-end artists for games and visual effects.

Earlier in their career, Bitton taught Autodesk Maya at Concordia University and College Cyclone, helping individuals transition into the 3D industry. David also worked at Industrial Mind as a Co-Founder and Product UI and Workflows Designer, where they validated production workflows and designed user interfaces for different markets. Bitton started their career at BAGH Technologies, providing technical support for AliasWavefront products and working as a consultant for Meteor Studio on the movie "When Dinosaurs Roamed America."

Throughout their career, Bitton has demonstrated a passion for the media and entertainment industry, constantly staying updated with industry trends and technologies to provide the best solutions for their clients.

From 1991 to 1996, David Bitton attended Lycee Technique Dorian, where they obtained a Technical University degree in Electronics.
