Kaushik Rana has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Kaushik'smost recent position is as a Hardware Support role at Hypertec Group, which they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Sherweb for four years as an M365 Cloud Technical Support Advisor, where they provided support for Microsoft O365 Cloud and utilized Windows Powershell for problem resolution. Kaushik also had a brief role at IBM as a Senior Executive, where they handled customer queries related to banking and provided support for online banking issues. Kaushik Rana's experience also includes positions such as Customer Relations Specialist at Future Group India, Technical Support Executive at Bharti Airtel, and Technical Support Executive at Tata Communications Limited/Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited, where they troubleshooted connectivity issues and coordinated with field engineers. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd, resolving customer networking issues and troubleshooting connectivity problems. Kaushik'searliest role was as a Computer Hardware Engineer/Sys Admin at ACE Computer System, where they assembled PCs, installed operating systems and new software, and provided hardware troubleshooting and configuration.

Kaushik Rana pursued their education in a systematic manner to gain knowledge and skills. In 2017, they attended Champlain College for a short period and earned a degree called RAC, focusing on CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate). This education was a specialization in the field of Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, Kaushik attended Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
