Peter Washburn

Peter Washburn is a Senior Machine Learning Researcher in the Advanced Development Group at Hypertherm, where innovations in machine learning for industrial applications have been developed, such as systems for material piercing detection and robotic assembly assistance. Previously, Peter owned and operated Triangulum Research, creating electronic musical products, and served as a Database Performance Consultant at RosieApp, addressing technical issues for an e-commerce platform. As Senior Technical Manager at Windhaven Investment Management, Peter provided quantitative solutions for financial tools, while at Charles Schwab, Peter advanced from a Senior Applications Developer, creating high-performance computational applications.
