Sean Healey

Sean Healey has a diverse work experience in various roles within the operations and manufacturing field. Sean started their career as an ERP Specialist and then moved on to become a Manufacturing Leader. Sean later became the Industrial Products Divisional OPEX Leader and then transitioned to the role of Operations Leader. Sean then joined W. L. Gore & Associates, where they served as a Plant Manager, overseeing projects to improve operational excellence, associate engagement, and satisfaction. Sean also led the resolution of a significant safety issue. Their most recent role was as the Director of Commercial Manufacturing - Medical Products Division at W. L. Gore & Associates, where they led all commercial manufacturing operations and developed an effective strategy to support growing revenue. Sean is currently working at Hypertherm as the Senior Director of Corporate Operations.

Sean Healey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Sean later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Norwich University from 2021 to 2023.
