Daniela Schumacher

Daniela Schumacher is an experienced professional in digital manufacturing with a background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Digital Manufacturing Team Leader at Hypertherm Associates since October 2020, Daniela has held various roles including Project Engineer, Manufacturing Process Engineer, and Manufacturing Process Associate Engineer. Prior experience includes working as an International Admissions Associate at WPI Undergraduate Admissions, where Daniela facilitated the admissions process for prospective students, and as a Sales Representative at Barnes & Noble College, providing customer service. Daniela also gained engineering experience as an Industrial Engineer Intern at Cummins Inc., where process standardization efforts were made to reduce defects, and in multiple internships involving financial analysis and consumer banking. Daniela holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, along with an International Baccalaureate/High School Diploma from the American School of Tegucigalpa.
