Jeremy Hammond

Jeremy Hammond has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jeremy currently serves as Co-CEO at hyperTunnel Limited since 2018. Prior to this, they were the Director at Tidal Range Tunnels Limited, Red to Blue Limited, and Situ Ventures Limited. At Situ Ventures Limited, they held the position of Managing Director from 2002 to 2019. Before that, Jeremy worked at British American Tobacco in various managerial and advisory roles across different regions and business areas. Jeremy began their career at Smith & Williamson as a Management Consultant and Financial Systems Consultant. Additionally, they served as a Management Trainee and Bursary Holder at SAB Miller.

Jeremy Hammond attended St. Peters from 1976 to 1979 and Michaelhouse from 1980 to 1984. Jeremy then pursued higher education at the University of Cape Town, where they completed a B.Bus.Sc. (Hons) degree in Finance from 1985 to 1988, followed by a B.Comm. (Hons) degree in Economics in 1989.
