Jobelle Gaspar has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing. Jobelle started their career at Trend Micro as a Technical Support Engineer and later became a Cloud Security Engineer. In these roles, they handled escalated product and malware cases, provided customer support through remote assistance, and participated in beta testing for upcoming products. Jobelle also proactively shared knowledge and contributed to improving team performance. Jobelle then worked as a Software QA Tester at Channel Services Group and Loanworks Technologies, where they were responsible for reviewing system specifications, developing test strategies and plans, executing test cases, and reporting defects. Jobelle contributed to streamlining QA processes by implementing bug tracking tools and standardizing test documentation formats. At APD, Jobelle was a Software QA Tester and worked on projects involving digital strategy, eCommerce, and business intelligence. Jobelle also worked at HireMore as a Software Quality Assurance professional. Most recently, they joined Hypetap in 2019 as a Software QA, where they are currently employed.

Jobelle Gaspar attended Mapúa University from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
